Many of you have been asking “What about the body” and “Where and how does spirit fit into the Insight model?”
Well, this Salon, called Soma, Soul & Spirit: Connections to Insight will open that conversation and explore those questions.
The intersection of the body, soul and spirit with consciousness has been a focus of my Insight mediation and collaborative practice and I have facilitated several programs on various aspects of those connections and intersections. I plan to share what I have learned and experienced and hope you’ll also share your thoughts and experiences about body and soul as they relate to the Insight model. We’ll look at threads that connect body, soul and spirit to the Insight loop, and take a dip into our interiority to find some answers and gain some skills complimentary to the skills and tools offered in the Foundation series.
This first offering of Soma, Soul & Spirit will be 6-hours in duration: three 2-hour sessions. We are offering it at a time of day that we hope is a least somewhat reasonable for both the Americas (late afternoon/evening) and East Asia (morning).
The fee will be $150 USD (that’s $25 USD an hour). The tuition payment will go toward ICI’s 501(c)(3) application fund. Financial assistance is available by request.
